This patch fixes a incorrect WM_CLASS progname/progclass. It
strips the leading path from argv[0].

This is considered a cosmetic patch, but it may be a serious one
for session-managing windowmanagers (for example WindowMaker).

Testet with the test-apps and The GIMP.
