This patch is for cvs release of gtk+.

- correct bugs (I hope :) in :
 * GTK_IS_ROOT_TREE and GTK_TREE_ITEM_ROOT_TREE macros
 * gtk_tree_remove_items function

- add tree sample in testgtk
- modify line drawing for root items.
