       * config.h.win32: New file, similar to config.h as generated
       on Unix.
       * glibconfig.h.win32: Revamped to be similar to glibconfig.h
       as generated on Unix.
       * glib.def: Added new functions.
       * makefile.msc: Make config.h (by copying config.h.win32). Make clean
       deletes the copied configuration files.
