glgtk-demo

This is a simple demonstration program, demonstrating integration
between GTK and Open/GL or Mesa.  It 's not exactly perfect yet,
but I've released it due to popular demand.

   - The triangle spins now, looks a bit more GL-ish than a static one
   - Now also runs on True Color SGI machines (cleaned up the
     Visual and Colormap selection somewhat)
