                           Account Preferences
                           ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
U=User
~~~~~~
User/Account  name  or  "Everybody!".   Should  be defined for every line in
preferences.   If user name contains spaces, use quotes (").  When only this
option  is  defined for user he/she may freeleech always.  All the following
options limit freeleeching.

ST=StartTime, ET=EndTime
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Allowed  FreeLeech  Times.   If these aren't defined user may freeleech 24h.
None or both should be defined.

SD=StartDate, ED=EndDate
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
FreeLeech  period.   Should  be  entered in AmigaDOS format, like 20-Feb-93.
None, both or other can be defined.  If none, user may freeleech always.  If
only  StartDate  is  defined, user may freeleech from that date to eternity.
If only EndDate is defined, user may freeleech until that date.

DL=DayLimit
~~~~~~~~~~~
Defines how old stuff user may freeleech.  If not defined user may freeleech
anything.

ML=MbLimit
~~~~~~~~~~
Defines maximum freeleech Mbytes.  If not defined user may freeleech as much
as he dares or has time.

FC=FreeConf
~~~~~~~~~~~
List  of  conferences  where  user  may  freeleech.  If not defined user may
freeleech in every conference. Example : 'FC = 1 2 3 4'

          Users with acc >= 255 may use '?' too see all accounts
