                    The field specifications for FilePath

  The FilePather program uses a strict way of storing the diffrent data,
because this way it will be easy AND possible for other programs retrieving
it. The 'template' for the FilePath line looks like this:

An extra TAB will automagically be inserted after <Name> and <Location> if
the length is equal to or less than seven.
When parsing the line, be prepared for one, two or more TAB:s.

A whole example line:

Explanation of the diffrent fields:

Name            MAX nr of characters    Decription
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
<type>                  7       The type of the person/program that started
                               FilePather. ie. User,BBS,Trader,Board,Net or
                               Program (for a fileprocessor like DIZ-ED).
<name>                  31      The name of the person/BBS/net/program etc
                               that started the fileprocessing. ie. Mitnick,
                               John Smith, Inside Out, FidoNet, InfoBahn :).
[<sysop>]               31      The sysops name if applicable.
<location>              31      Either the geographic location or the group.
<number(s)>             xx      Number to the Person/Board/Net. Should
                               look like this: +Country code-(Unneccesary
                               digits)Areacode-Number_1|Number_2|Number_n
                               ie. +46-(0)346-58697|59245 or 2:203/445.9
                               The plus sign is to sort them out from
                               netaddresses and the like. If there are no
                               number or you doesn't like to leave it out,
                               set it to '---'.
[<Custom>]              xx      This is an extension of the normal fields.
                               For example:
                               Size_of_HD=30Gb
                               Amount_of_RAM=56Mb
                               Processor=68060
                               ClockFrequency=66Mhz
                               Geographic_location="S�ffle,Sweden"
                               Legend="As faster as better!"
                               These are placed last on the 'FilePath.lst'
                               line and are optional and totally up to you
                               to decide about. However should you try to
                               follow existing standards and not invent new
                               keywords if it already exists an appropriate
                               one. Strings that contains spaces MUST be placed
                               between double quotes (")!.

(xx=No max value)
The current version of FilePather will not truncate strings longer than the
max values stated here, but a future version might do.

If you want to read it from Arexx then remember that Arexx doesn't consider
the TABs to be spaces, so you can't 'word' out the fields. Sorry!

If Type is set to 'Program' then Name is the name of that program, SysOp is
the author, Number is the number to the author (data).

'ELAJT'ED TEXT IS STRONGLY DISCOURAGED! All text in any field should be
typed in usual ascii-latin characters like those in this text and the
accompaning examples. A problem is if the file wanders off to another
platform, as PC, Mac, Unix or Nintendo. But we have to live with that.
A future version may contain an 'Elajt' stripper.


Standard Custom Keywords

Do NOT put as many keywords as you can find on the FilePather line.
The main idea of FilePather was to keep the filesize down by removing adds.
Also, it would be fine if you could load it in to CED which have a current
column limitation of approximately 4000 characters...

All strings that contains spaces must be enclosed with doublequotes (").

Note 1:
  This keyword decribes what kind of modems that are connected on the diffrent
  nodes. ie 28.8DS, 16.8DS, V32bis, HST, Zyxel, ISDN etc. This is valuable
  information for an user, who ofcourse want the highest possible connect
  rate. Ofcourse are the decriptions in the same order as the phone numbers.

Note 2:
  If the number specified in the 'number(s)' field is a net address, this
  keyword should tell the name of that net.

Note 3:
  These are for Type = 'Program' ie. a fileprocessor like DIZ-ED, an
  AddStripper or likewise. Program_Host contains the name of the system/person
  that used the program. This is normally the line above, but should be stated
  here too to avoid mistakes.

Note 4:
  For future use. If someone creates a FilePather for other systems, as PC,
  Atari and Mac, then CharSet should reflect the character table in use.
  The name has been taken from FidoNets Id field which might serve as a
  inspiration source. (Yes, I know this keyword is a bit megalomaniac, but
  you never know.)
