 that will display a disclaimer to a user.
 DCLAIM will also adjust user security to
 a definable level if answer is NO. Prompt
 is configurable and will also allow you
 to display a definable file to users who
 answer NO. Allows you to weed out the
 losers. Will also log the response typed,
 maybe helping with that entrapment law-
