introducing the final version of le invitazione. Hasta la

Symphony.org team would like to invite you with great
pleasure for the another edition of the party, which has
hopefully become a constant item in your calendar... bzz!
erhm.. Stop! It is a great pleasure indeed, but we're not
going to invite you for a party you possibly could get
used to. Welcome to the :::::

Yes! We invite you for the second edition (slowly
becoming legendary) of the popular "trzcianka party".
We've gained some experience and because of that we hope
that we'll be able to show the completely new quality of
the party. We are wiser after last year's events and
suppose that we'll do even better.

This year's party is going to last for FIVE DAYS. We'll
do anything to fill these days with great fun, various
competitions, so-called extra events and last but not
least with the thing for which we travel thousands of
kilometers God-only-knows-where - the scene atmosphere!
One who attended Symphony001 knows what we're talking
about :).

[do you ask when?]
Let's start with this: the whole schedule has changed.
We, our dear friends, are going to start on Wednesday,
17.o7.o2 at about 6 a.m. and finish on Sunday 21.o7.o2
afternoon! Altogether it makes 11o hours of letting off
the steam pot. 11o+ hours of holiday, beach and things
like that :). And what are you going to do with us? :)
The detailed time-table is going to be released soon.

[do you ask where?]
Disco "U Kojaka". It's quite big, provides really great
sound and fancy illumination. Party-place is situated at
the recreational grounds of city Trzcianka, in the
forest, near the lake. If you don't know where is
Trzcianka, well.. it's your right not to know :). So,
Trzcianka lays in Wielkopolska, about 95 km from it's
capital - Poznan, 110 km from Gorzow and 230 km from
Berlin. It's the small city surrounded by charming
landscapes and lakes. A year ago we used to think that
getting there may be a huge problem for you, but it
turned out to be not so dramaticly difficult :). This
year we'll try to adapt the mentioned disco even better.
We'll do our best to ensure more comfortable sleeping
room and better access to all kinds of food. We also know
that you liked the houses, so we make an appeal to
reserve them now - in the summer time it's really hard to
find spare ones. In the CONTACT section of our webpage:
symphony.vdb.pl you may find the phone numbers of
Trzcianka Sport & Recreation Centre, where you need to
call in order to get a reservation. In THE PLACE section
you may finds photos of all the houses and prices (for
24h). Perhaps they don't look as an apartment in
Sheraton, but ask people who were at Symphony01 how you
may enjoy yourself there :). More detailed information
(access roads, accomodation) may be found at http://www.

[do you ask for how much?]
Unfortunately. 40pln and not a penny less. So far we
don't have any sponsors, so we can't afford lowering the
price. If only something changes, you'll be the first to
know. People with computers enter for "less" :), women
enter for a pretty smile and foreigners don't even have
to smile :) (they enter for free). Mat/Ozone will get
food, drinks and accomodation :)

[do you ask what we'll give you?]
For 9o% we'll provide internet access and we'll try to
build a LAN, as at the major parties (it doesn't impress
us much, but it's another way for you to deliver your
productions to our control-room and for us to spread it
all just after the party). Of course, some people have
to declare first that they'll come with their machines.
One of the things we didn't see to (or rather
underestimated) was counting the votes - we agree that we
screwed it up, so we promise to improve. Right now we're
configuring and testing counting and spreading system.
Of course also this time some concerts will take place,
but in a bit different way. Other events include: open
air goa party party, bonfire, water sports, voleyball,
football, grill (take your own coal) and other things,
which maybe aren't anything special in comparision to
concerts of Welle:Erdball or Press Play On Tape, but
together make this genuine atmosphere which makes the
party called 'grrrreat!"

[do you ask about competitions?]
After thinking over all the pros and cons of previous
edition we've decided to do anything to simplify
everything :) and help you with presenting your
productions. We'll try to make some computers available
- they could be used for checking or finishing your
works. If everything goes right, we'll assign a special
room with two machines for your use only.

fun :). Ofcourse if you'll bring your own computer with

your production.

[do you ask how can you help?]
Quite easily. Come to the party and have fun. Show us
something and win. Tell anybody you meet, while irc-ing,
at school, in the pub, that there's something like
'symphony'. Send e-mails to all your contacts, friends
and invite them for a "Party in Trzcianka". Let them know
you'll be there, let them know we'll be there :).

[do you ask why we advertise the party soooo much?]
The reason is simple - we want to hype the "Party in
Trzcianka" to the skies :). The invitation has been
translated into three languages, soon we'll release coded
invitations for three platforms. We'll do anything so
that all the sceners in Europe, well... the world know
that there is something like symphony002. We want the
democompo to last for 4 hours and the whole stuff to fill
up 3 cds :). We belive Symphony to become a sort of
traditon, like polish 'Thursday dinners with king
Stanislaw'. The best company with the exquisite dishes.
