PopChat: Messenger for Win95 (NT-write only)

 Allow you to receive and send messages just like WinPopup, but:
   - can scan for users connected to network;
   - can chat with any user (with PopChat running);
   - can filter users and/or their messages;
   - and more...
 Just run and find out what .

 NOTE: You must place file VCL30.DPL in Windows\System directory.
