1. Files
--------

   Wattcomp.dpl    -    Delphi package containing the following components:

                            TCSVExport
                            TCSVImport

   Help.zip        -    Zip file containing help for the above components
                        in HTML format.

   Demo.exe        -    Self-extracting Zip containing source code for
                        demonstration application.


2. Introduction
---------------

   The two components supplied can be used to read and write CSV type
   data files.


3. Installation
---------------

   Without source code:

       1.  Remove any previously installed Watt Computers components

       2.  Place the DPL file in your preferred directory

       3.  In Delphi, select the 'Components' menu

       4.  Then select 'Install Packages...'

       5.  In the 'Packages' dialog click 'Add'

       6.  Select the 'WattComp.DPL' file and click 'Open'

       7.  In the 'Packages' dialog click 'OK'

       8.  A new palette page will appear named 'Watt Computers'

       9.  The components are now installed and ready to use


   With source code:

       1.  Remove any previously installed Watt Computers components.

       2.  Place all the PAS, DCR and DPK files in your preferred
           directory

       3.  In Delphi, select the 'File' menu

       4.  Then select 'Open'

       5.  In the 'Open' dialog select the file type 'Delphi package source (*.dpk)

       6.  Select the 'WattComp.dpk' file and click 'Open'

       7.  In the 'Package' window click 'Install'

       8.  Delphi will now compile the package and install the components

       9.  A new palette page will appear named 'Watt Computers'

       10. The components are now installed and ready to use


4. Usage
--------

   There is comprehensive help on the properties, methods and events of
   the two components in the supplied help file.  This is in HTML format
   in the zip file named 'Help.zip'
