TISGMapi Component

Unit
Mapi unit

Description
The ISGMapi Component provides a way of sending and receiving messages through a standard
Mapi mail system.  It is a non-visual component in that it does not visually interact with the user, but
does provide the methods to allow standard Mapi dialogs to be displayed.  The Address Book can
be displayed as well as the Mail Compose screen.

An important thing to remember when using the component are that you are accessing the mail
system with the calls.  If the mail system is not available then the calls will not be successful. The
behavior of the component draws directly from the mail system being used.

Additional Installation Required
1)      Install the TISGMapi component as directed in the the User's Manual of  Delphi. The
isgmapi.dcu file should be selected in the install component dialog.  The source code is
not supplied.  After installation, the component is located in the [system] tab.

2)      Optionally, you can merge the component's help file using the supplied keyword file.
Again, instructions are in the Delphi Documentation (HelpInst from the Delphi Group).
Make sure that the help file is in the path.

3)      Optionally, install the template in the gallery by loading the MEF project and saving it as
a template in the Gallery.  You must use either the ISGMEF.DLL or MEFLIB.DLL for the
E-Form **.  If you wish to use the ISG E-Form Browser, you must build the executable by
loading and building the EFBROWSER.DPR project.
