A new maintenance release for Rygel!

Changes compared to 0.16.0:

- Skip modules in hidden directories to fix issues with certain distribution's
 debug symbols.
- Ignore seek requests that request everything. Should fix issues with
 transcoding.
- Fix thumbnails for transcoded videos on XBox 360. Also fixes "No transcoder
 available for WMVHIGH_FULL.wmv" messages.
- Add missing Content-Length header.

Playbin:
- Add AAC mime types as supported.
- Only report duration if it's really known.
- Add missing buffering and lost clock handling.
