       New (default) mode.  Instead of
       converting omf files to .document files,
       we read the omf directly and add construct the
       RrnReg entries internally.  This should stop
       all installation problems and make it easier for
       distros to package.
       Effected script now exit without doing anything.
       (removed with --disable-omf-read configure option)

       * util/Makefile.am:
       Move script cleanup from clean to distclean
