* We no longer use libsoup-gnome, and instead depend
on a newer libsoup (>= 2.34) which uses libproxy to
access proxy configuration
* Location update scripts have been ported to Python 3
* Vincent Untz stepped down as a maintainer. Thanks for
all the work he did in the past!
