       Add utility methods to build select and count SQL queries for related list tables.

       * src/glom.i: Also: Cleanup some comments. Correct some indentation. Add
       the sort and limit parameter to build_sql_select_with_key() with
       defaults. These parameters aren't currently used; I've just added
       them for the sake of completeness.
