GNOME Tweaks 46.0 is the first stable release of Tweaks to use GTK 4 and libadwaita. The GTK 4 port has been a long-running migration driven by two contributors:
Ezike Ebuka and Maximiliano Sandoval R.
GNOME Tweaks now depends on GTK 4, libadwaita, gsettings-desktop-schemas,
and libgudev.
