Wacom:
- Ensure builtin touchscreens are properly mapped to outputs
- Fix spotty touchscreen detection with those touchscreens that have a
capacitive menu/windows button
- Fix touchscreen vs display orientation mismatch under gdm
XSettings:
- Reload the scale factor when mutter starts up
