* new GSimpleIOStream class to construct a GIOStream from an arbitrary
 GInputStream and GOutputStream

* GApplication: new API for marking 'busy' state according to the value
 of a boolean property on another object

* GOptionGroup: add binding support (boxed type, annotation fixes, etc.)
