Overview of changes fron GLib 2.35.9 to 2.36.0

This release contains only small bugfixes and translations updates.

- g_file_copy(): fix bug where attributes were not applied properly to
  the destination file

- fix some 'available since' annotations

- fix gdbus-codegen to produce more pedantically-correct code
