This is a new stable release of NetworkManager-openvpn.  Notable changes include:

* Migrate project home to gitlab (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/NetworkManager-openvpn)
* Don't validate auth parameter and pass it directly to openvpn.
* Fix endless loop checking for encrypted certificate.
* Sanitize newlines in export ovpn file.
* Improve project description in doap file.
* Add Croatian translation.
* Update Catalan, German, Indonesian, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese
 and Russian translations.
* Various minor bugfixes and improvements.
