up sort columns in GtkBuilder files
- GdkWindow gained a cursor property and associated getter
- GtkFileChooser has a create-folders property to allow disabling the
"New Folder" button
- gtk_print_operation_get_n_pages_to_print: returns the number of pages
that are being printed
