Note to distributors: this release is the first release to come with a new
dbus-based applet library. This library is similar to the bonobo-based one, but
applets still need some porting work to use it. To minimize any potential
disruption for users, the panel can still use bonobo applets, using an
extension mechanism. The bonobo dependency is, however, optional and it's
possible to build gnome-panel without it.
While all the resources are currently shipped with gnome-panel, we are
considering splitting all the bonobo-related code to a new module in the
future.
The dbus-based library for applets is named libpanel-applet-3 and it is
currently not considered stable. API and ABI might change in the near future.

Use large cursors with large print themes. Fixes bug #490176.
Patch adds three new configuration options:
--with-lp-cursor-theme=THEME
--with-hclp-cursor-theme=THEME
--with-hclpi-cursor-theme=THEME
These allow you to specify which cursor theme to use with the LargePrint,
HighContrastLargePrint, and HighContrastLargePrintInverse desktop themes
by default, so that distros that ship (for example) DMZ-White and DMZ-Black
can (and probably should) specify those instead.
The defaults are whiteglass for LP and HCLPI, and redglass for HCLP, since
these are usually available on any new-ish, X.org-based desktop. Unfortunate
their translucency and shadow makes them less-than-great choices, but the
Default cursor theme isn't resizable, so it's probably the best we can
do until it is.
The cursor size for all large print themes is set to 48px. The LargePrint
setting is also used for the LowContrastLargePrint theme, since that theme
is really so rarely-used as to be not really worth its own setting.
Fix HCLP and HCLPI media-record icons so that they're visible
on mouse-over. Fixes bug #415556.
Tidy up gtkrc files for HCLP and HCLPI themes, and add better hyperlink
colours. Fixes bug #584261.
Add utilities-system-monitor to HCLP and HCLPI themes.
Add brasero and sound-juicer icons to high contrast themes.
Add totem and rhythmbox icons to high contrast themes.
Rename gdict icon -> accessories-dictionary in HCLP+HCLPI themes.
