 - Set default resolution to the highest one with a non jerky (higher than
   15fps) framerate, fixes bug #585857
 - Lower max-delay and max-page-delay oggmux properties from 5 to 0.5
   seconds. Should prevent out of sync audio in recorded videos and
   hopefully fix bug #585761
 - Don't access effects string after free. This was causing the first effect
   stored in gconf to not be restored at startup, fixes bug 584186
 - Get rid of GtkAspectFrame, it doesn't really suit our needs, it hardcodes
   an aspect ratio that obviously cannot be valid for every format webcams
   support. Render the video directly to the drawing area with no external
   aspect ratio restriction. Eventually fixes bug #559188 since the
   aspectframe was adding some extra padding between the video and the window
   border.
 - Almost every available gstreamer videosink can display black bars around
   the video keeping its aspect ratio. Enable it if available.
   Black bars look a lot nicer than the grey color of the underlying
   gtkwindow displayed with the aspectframe.
 - Properly forward expose events to GstXOverlay.
 - Avoid ugly flickering on window resize. Let gstxoverlay take full control
   of the drawing area window. Prevent gtk from drawing the background and
   remove the flickering caused by its internal double buffering.
 - Remove initial black bars (at least for 4:3 webcams). Set a default window
   size that fits nicely the video aspect ratio so that black bars are not
   drawn until a manual resize.

Changes in libsoup from 2.27.1 to 2.27.2:

       * Replaced SoupProxyResolver with SoupProxyURIResolver, which
         is a bit simpler, works with non-HTTP URIs (and so could be
         used by gvfsd-ftp) and supports proxy auth correctly.
         [#580051]

       * Fixed SoupSession to not try to resolve http server
         hostnames when it's just going to pass the hostname off to a
         proxy server anyway. This fixes things on hosts that use a
         proxy for everything and have no working DNS config
         [#577532] and also makes WebKitGTK behave more like other
         browsers in terms of per-host connection limits (we now
         limit connections based on hostname rather than on IP
         address).

         We also no longer set the AI_CANONNAME flag when calling
         getaddrinfo(), which saves us a little bit of unnecessary
         network traffic. [Pointed out by Christophe Gillette on the
         mailing list.]

       * libsoup now always uses SSL 3.0 (not TLS 1.0 or 1.1) for
         https URIs, to work around problems with older servers that
         don't implement the (apparently quite confusing) TLS/SSL
         compatibility rules correctly. Makes a bunch of
         previously-inaccessible sites now accessible in WebKitGTK
         (notably PayPal) [#581342]. Will eventually be revisited, to
         first try TLS 1.1 and fall back if that fails.

       * Fixed Digest auth to (recent) Apple CalDAV servers.
         [#583091]

       * Changed the way the SoupSession "authenticate" signal works
         a bit. We now never emit "authenticate" before sending a
         request, even if we know for sure that it's going to fail,
         because this makes the semantics of the authenticate handler
         too complicated (and because we'll only get into this
         situation if a previous call to the authenticate handler
         failed anyway). Fixes problems in WebKitGTK when you cancel
         a password dialog, and then later try to load the page
         again. [#583462, mostly figured out by Gustavo Noronha
         Silva].

       * Fixed a bug in the CRLF-vs-LF patch (#571283) that caused
         libsoup to fail to parse the response headers (returning
         SOUP_STATUS_MALFORMED) if a CR LF got split across two
         read()s. [#582002]

       * Allow using PUT in soup_form_request_for_data(), to work
         with certain broken web APIs. [#581860, Ross Burton]. Also,
         fixed a problem with empty POST bodies that made some parts
         of gmail not work in WebKitGTK.

       * Applied some minor bugfixes to configure.in and autogen.sh
         [#583911, #583942]. Fixed configure.in to not use gcc
         warning options that the installed version of gcc doesn't
         recognize [#578851].

       * Added G_GNUC_NULL_TERMINATED and G_GNUC_PRINTF to a few
         methods that should have had them. [#581754, Ross Burton]

General:

* We no longer manually update the ChangeLog each time we commit a
 change.  Instead, the ChangeLog will be automatically generated from
 the git logs when we create a new release.  If you pull from git,
 you can use 'git log' for a detailed list of changes.

* Much work on bgo#570658 - Refactor the speech and braille
 generators.  This represents a HUGE REFACTOR for Orca.  The speech
 generators have been completely rewritten to use formatting strings,
 and they are now used by the focus tracking and where am I code.
 This has simplified the code base a lot, increased performance in
 some areas, and has fixed a number of latent bugs.  It also enables
 finer granularity for switching voices and helps set us up for
 incorporating audio cues.  Please help us by testing with the latest
 code and by reporting issues and suggestions at [email protected].

* Fix for bgo#583274 - portability for orca script (Thomas Klausner)

* Fix for bgo#585017 - Orca should speak the toggled state of flat
 review mode

* Fix for bgo#585792 - i18n strings should use parameterized forms

OpenOffice:

* Significant progress on bgo#574720 - Table Navigation Keys for
 OpenOffice Writer. Structural navigation can be enabled/disabled in
 OOo with Orca+Z. It is disabled by default in OOo because, unlike in
 Gecko, odds are that you'll want to type. :-) Mind you right now we
 don't have structural navigation by headings, etc. in Writer. But
 one day we will. Alt + the arrows move by cell, Alt + Home/End move
 to the beginning/ending of the table respectively.

* Fix for bug #583414 - Orca should announce when is at last cell on
 a table in OOo.
