This is Perl module Win32::Unicode.

INSTALLATION

Win32::Unicode installation is straightforward. If your CPAN shell is set up,
you should just be able to do

   % cpan Win32::Unicode

Download it, unpack it, then build it as per the usual:

   % perl Makefile.PL
   % make && make test (or nmake && nmake test)

Then install it:

   % make install (or nmake install)

DOCUMENTATION

Win32::Unicode documentation is available as in POD. So you can do:

   % perldoc Win32::Unicode

to read the documentation online with your favorite pager.
