Boulder::Util is a utility package for manipulating simple Boulder IO
records in a lightweight fashion.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

  perl Makefile.PL
  make
  make test
  make install

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires these other modules and libraries:
       CGI::Util
