SYNOPSIS
    % perl -Mlib::none yourscript.pl

    # To load some modules first before emptying @INC
    % perl -Mstrict -Mwarnings -Mlib::none yourscript.pl

DESCRIPTION
   This pragma is used to test a script under a condition of empty @INC,
   for example: fatpacked script.
