Unicode::Transform - conversion among some Unicode transformation formats
SYNOPSIS

$utf8_string = utf32be_to_utf8 ($utf32be_string);
DESCRIPTION
This module supports the following UTF:
unicode (for Perl internal Unicode encoding; see perlunicode)
utf16le (for UTF-16LE)
utf16be (for UTF-16BE)
utf32le (for UTF-32LE)
utf32be (for UTF-32BE)
utf8 (for UTF-8)
utf8mod (for UTF-8-Mod)
utfcp1047 (for CP1047-oriented UTF-EBCDIC).
where hyphen-removed and lowercased names are used as
a part of a function name (like <something>_to_<something>).
INSTALLATION
Perl 5.6.1 or later is required. (For Perl internal
Unicode encoding, Perl 5.8.1 or later is recommended.)
You need a C compiler to build this module.
To install this module type the following:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
