Statistics-Sequences version 0.15
==================================

Tests of sequential structure in the form of runs, joins, bunches, etc. (if these sub-modules are installed). It doesn't do much itself but provide a common api for handling the data (via its parent Statistics::Data) and for accessing the stats and tests of its child modules, Statistics::Sequences::Runs, etc. (which can also do their own work independently).

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

  perl Makefile.PL
  make
  make test
  make install

or

  Build.PL
  build
  build test
  build install
