URI::Based

Gisle Aas' excellent URI module contains URI::WithBase, which is
nice but doesn't let you set a base URI and then easily print variations
on it, which this does.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

       perl Makefile.PL
       make
       make test
       make install

After installing, you can find documentation for this module with the
perldoc command.

   perldoc URI::Based
