       $hash->{expect};         # 'continue-100'

       my $hdr = HTTP::Easy::Headers->encode($hash);

       use HTTP::Easy::Cookie;

       my $cookie_jar = HTTP::Easy::Cookie->decode($hdr->{cookie});

       $hdr->{cookie} = HTTP::Easy::Cookie->encode($cookie_jar, host => 'example.net', path => '/path' );
