Text-vFile-toXML

See the module POD for details. Installation follows standard procedure; CPAN
will satisfy the only non-standard dependencies (XML::Quick and
Text::vFile::asData).

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
