VCS/VSS version 0.10

VCS::Vss requires Win32::OLE to run, so it probably will only
ever work on Win32 platforms.
An environment variable named VSSROOT should be set that indicates
the directory in which your srcsafe.ini file resides.
It is a good idea to set your VSSROOT environment variable prior
to using the module, although you can specify the location of the
srcsafe.ini file in the actual URL passed into the constructors
for VCS::VSS objects. See the pod for VCS::Vss for more details.
INSTALLATION
To install this module type the following:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
