VCS/Lite version 0.02

This is the initial version of VCS::Lite. Algorithm::Diff needs to
be installed first.


To install this module type the following:

  perl Makefile.PL
  make
  make test
  make install

This module requires these other modules and libraries:

 Algorithm::Diff

UPGRADING

Note that the API has changed from previous versions. Please check that
your code complies with the API described in the pod if upgrading.
