XMS-MotifSet version 0.01

XMS-MotifSet are Perl XMS libraries for interconversion of XMS and motif matrix files and to create sequence logos of DNA motifs.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

  perl Makefile.PL
  make
  make test
  make install
