NAME
   Hopkins::Plugin::RPC - SOAP interface to Hopkins

DESCRIPTION
   Hopkins::Plugin::RPC encapsulates the RPC (remote procedure call) POE
   session created by the manager session. this session uses the
   Server::SOAP component to provide a SOAP interface to the job server.
