This Module is intended to provide an interface to the strongest
available source of non-blocking randomness on the current platform.
Platforms currently supported are anything supporting /dev/urandom
and versions of Windows greater than or equal to Windows 2000.
INSTALLATION
To install this module, run the following commands:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
Alternatively, to install with Module::Build, you can use the following commands:
perl Build.PL
./Build
./Build test
./Build install
