# Bio::DB::Taxonomy::sqlite

This is a pluggable addition to Bio::DB::Taxonomy that utilizes a SQLite3 backend.  This has (in general) be found to be more stable than
the default `list` plugin with the ever-increasing size of the NCBI Taxonomy database.
