This is a small module which quickly and portably check for process
existence via kill() or equivalent (on win32,
OpenProcess(PROCESS_QUERY_INFORMATION...) without relying on or
incurring the performance overhead of using the /proc filesystem.
INSTALLATION
To install this module, run the following commands:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
