### DEVELOPMENT ###

install `YAML`, `Test::More`, and `version`

### PRODUCTION ###

install `PerlSpec` through CPAN, add to your project and `use`.

```
$ cpan -i PerlSpec
```

use PerlSpec 'no_plan';

describe 'PerlSpec' => sub {
it 'makes testing Perl awesome!' => sub {
ok($testing_perl eq 'awesome', '');
};
};
```
