Debug-Simple v0.10

This module is just a very simple printf debugging library which integrates
easily with Getopt::Long.

This example shows how Debug::Simple code can be tied in with GetOpt::Long.

   use Debug::Simple;
   use Getopt::Long;

   help() unless GetOptions( $opt = {},
       qw(help debug:i quiet test verbose|v+) );
   help() if $opt->{help};
   Debug::Simple::debuglevels($opt);

   warning("This is a warning\n");
   debug(2, "Command line options ", OPT=>$opt);
   verbose(1, "Now on with the show\n");
