WebDyne::Template is part of the WebDyne suite of modules. It works with the
WebDyne::Chain module to allow web sites to be created around a template
framework, e.g.  stardard menus, headers etc for each page.

WebDyne::Template will only work within WebDyne and will not function as a
stand-alone module.
