Golded's Github doesn't have a Windows build past 2018, as it is probably
expected and assumed one would compile it themselves from there, but with about
2 minutes of searching the interwebs, here is a link to the most recent
compiled Windows binaries, courtesy of Max Vasilyev:

I believe Max has been doing this for quite some time, and has posted links to
these binaries in this echo for years.
