Technically, we could just require SSH, disable automatic access granting,  and
go back to doing new user verifications. Would definitely have to make  sure
none of those features to make messages and files web accessible are  enabled.
It would still be possible to infiltrate a system pretending to be a  random
user, no matter what you do I think, but at least there could be a  whole bunch
of them :).
