Had an outage of the reflector, which affected all IRLP and Echolink
services.   Looks like my provider had some Halloween gremlins get loose
during the full moon. ;)  The multiprotocol gateway was not affected
(except for the link to IRLP 9550), because that is hosted elsewhere,
and it actually hosted a net during the outage period.

A full disk on the reflector server may have caused lingering issues
until an hour or so ago.  All should be working normally now.
