While not really a Fantasy show, the show Vikings is now available on Amazon
Prime Video.  They have all seasons available, including the complete 6th
season.

The later seasons are not as strong as the first ones.  Once Travis Fimmel
(Ragnar Lothbrok) left, the show lost some of it's magic, but it has some nice
sword fights and it's a fun historical/action/drama.
