I thought so. The only reason I wanted one was to build the TIPI addon that
uses a Raspberry Pi.which allows the Pi to be used as storage and it allows
you to connect to a SMB share and grab disk images, essentially it is a
harddrive and network adapter for the TI.

It even has telnet support and someone has written a 40/80 col ANSI colour
telnet client so you can call bbses from it.

There is even multiuser apps that have been written for the TI that allows
you to play games such as Chess, a multi-user RPG and even a chat client with
other TI users who are using the TIPI addon.

Wild times, this computer was released in 81, that is nearly 40 years ago.
