Phantasia is suposed to have real multiplayer, but I once tried it and it is
not stellar. Also not on your list.

Mangband has real multiplayer I think. If you die you can have other player get
to your mauled corpse and resurrect you, I think.

Some of these games had actual security issues. From the top of my head, I
remember seeing some security notices in DCSS's changelogs regarding
vulnerabilities. So beware.

Also, nice to see a game from the Larn family in the list :-)
