I'm newer, so I didn't know that SciNet downtime was a thing - and/or that he's
stepped away before without saying anything.
However, I just put an order in for some Commodore equipment with his retro
hardware company, and the order went thru quickly and I believe the items are
already being shipped.
That being said, I guess I understand if some of you know Frank better than I
do, and maybe have things to say about it... but SciNet was on the up for a
while 6 months ago, and we had a pretty good group of posters. I wish that he
would keep is maintained, or build in processes that keep it alive when he
can't be around - but I don't wanna drop Sci;
I'm down to help, if NS ever asks for it, and hope that he continues the net.
