I agree that some parents don't take an active enough part in raising their
children not to be a problem, and some times it's because the kid is too much
of an hassle and sometimes they just don't care.  In either case they shouldn't
be parents because they're also the first to complain when little Hitler junior
(ok to say, my family is from Germany) comes home with an injury because his
victim finally snaps.
