It is a setting for each user. You choose what Translation you want
and it stays that way unbless you change it back. As of now I just have my
very modified BBSTEXT and the stock BBSTEXT set up. You get my menus or the
stock menus. I just did this to get a grip on how it works. Now for the fun
part. Taking my modified BBSTEXT and MENUS and convert them to say Spanish,
then French, ect...
